Creation Question. [SOLVED]

Hi everyone, I did not know where to put this question, so I put it here! It is not exactly a game faulty question, but i hope to get answer to it anyway...
I was thinking to create a Topic to share some of my custom content that i have made. But when i was reading the rules, it mentioned only houses and sims.. So my question is, can i share my custom objects and clothes that I have made, or is it just for sharing houses and sim families!?

I can not start a new topic with my creations on creativity zone. How do i get permission to do that!?
