The Sims 2 Origin Collection Not Working?! Empty The Sims 2 Origin Collection Not Working?!

I love The Sims 2 and had it installed on my old computer until it's screen broke, when I tried to install it on my current computer a few months ago it would give me the DirectX 9 error and wouldn't work. The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection didn't work on my computer back then no matter how hard I tried and I eventually gave up. Recently I downloaded The Sims 2 Origin Collection in the hopes that it would finally work on my computer. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case. I installed the game exactly as the instructions said and in the same location as recommended, but it still gave me the 
" The Sims 2 Mansion and Garden Stuff

Failed to find any Directx 9.0c compatible graphics adapters in this system! Please make sure you have a DirectX 9.0c compatible adapter and have installed the latest drivers provided by the manufacturer. The application will now terminate"
I tried using GraphicsRule Maker to add my Graphics card. It didn't work. I made sure I was using compatibility settings. It didn't work. I used the trick where you create a shortcut and force it to run in windows mode by adding " -w" to the target line of the shortcut. That got it to run and load, except it didn't load any of the expansion packs or stuff packs.  I'm at a loss of what to do, can someone please help?

Of course it is possible that your grapohics Card is not suitable for The Sims 2 but:

Look at: Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2
Open the folder Logs
Look for your PC-name or DESKTOP - config.log
Scroll down to ===graphics device info ==
You'll now see the name of graphics Card and probably behind it

If that is the case, run Graohics Rulemaker.
Go to Tab Device info
Again you'll see the details of your graphics Card
Click on add after In Database.
Open Tap Settings again
Select the highest resolution and do the same with maxhimum resolution
Now save Files
Start game again.

I've double checked everything, deleted and reinstalled everything, and tried everything recommended in the comments. But I still get the same error. If anyone has any other advice I would really appreciate it.

Are you 100% sure that you copy-pasted the #Crack, into The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection -> Fun with Pets -> SP9 -> TSBin? Can you also tell me the filesize of the #Crack, after copy-pasting it there? On my end the file is 44.0MB, is it the same for you?

I suppose you could also try posting your computer's specs here (make/model number, CPU, RAM, graphics card, etc.), maybe that can give us a further clue on how to proceed.

I am 100% sure that I pasted the crack in the correct place and the crack is 44.0 mb on my end. Here are my specs. Again, thank you soo much for the help!

Don't worry about the late reply, I'm grateful for getting help at all. I recently updated my computer and have the latest drivers.  I see all of the graphics drivers but I don't know which one should I download as there are a lot of different drivers. If you don't know then, I think I'll just give up. Thank you for all the help you've given me, I really appreciate it. Tea 1
